Property is in good condition. Reception desk all employees are super nice. Stayed for two weeks so house keeping was only on Sundays. Housekeeping was also excellent. There’s ample parking on site.

Everything was fine about this hotel. However, two things could be improved. (1) The bed was too soft for our preference; (2) There was no dish soap for cleaning dishes.

Now overall the room and property is very nice and well kept. The young lady that checked me in was very nice also . My problem comes with the checking out process. I checked out at 10:25 AM on Saturday which is two days ahead of what I booked for. I was waiting for my house to be done and as soon as I got the ok I checked out…well at least I thought I did it seems as though they still have my room as if I’m still there and no one has sent me an email or anything with a receipt. So at this point all I can say is someone owes me some money because I should not be paying for two extra days!!

Excellent suite hotel at a good price
I picked this hotel because it was a good price for a full suite, and I was not disappointed. Full kitchen and bath (but tiny sink), living room and separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It was a great place to stay and spread out while I commuted in to Cincinnati (about 12 miles) each day. The manager stayed open until I arrived at 11:30 p.m., which was nice. Only small negative: they apparently don't do much recycling in Ohio, since I wanted to recycle my cans and bottles. But otherwise, it's a great deal if you don't mind the distance from downtown.

Good stay for short time!
Overall stay was fine. The bed was a little uncomfortable. The door with the full length mirror wouldn’t stay opened which was a little frustrating while getting ready. I loved that they were pet friendly and that the staff were very kind and welcoming

Mainstay give it a try.
The room was clean and cozy. They have a small gym, but nice and the laundry room is very nice, well equipped. Hotel located in a quiet area.

The bed was absolutely dreadful! Our backs hurt throughout the night and woke us up several times. Weak, undulating mattress. Please replace your beds and your hotel will be top-notch and a great price!

Because I had no car, and the hotel was too far to walk to the friend I was visiting, your hotel was a bad fit for my needs. I wish there was a grocery nearby so I could make better use of the kitchenette. Having food available for purchase in the coffee room would have helped with this problem. The staff were initially reluctant to give me more than one days coffee and refused to give me more creamer for the machine in my room—I stayed 3 nights.

Worst stay I’ve ever had
Terrible. It smelled moldy, no hot water, the sheets / comforters had holes in them, the elevators didn’t work. I accidentally left my key in the hotel room and nobody was at the front desk for over an hour and I couldn’t get ahold of ANYONE at Mainstays. Unless there is no other choice, I would stay 90 miles away before staying here again. It’s not inexpensive……it’s CHEAP, and it shows

The queen bed room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top, sink, and the cabinets were stocked with dishes needed including a toaster. The room was good size, the bathroom was clean and good size. The area around the hotel is VERY safe ( the hotel sits behind a fire station). There's no breakfast options. There is coffee amd tea option. My only negative was the bed was too firm for me. The staff were very nice and friendly. Good hotel stay for the price. I needed a clean safe very affordable price option for the night and this hotel was it.

Decent No Frills Hotel Room
This hotel was perfect for our trip to Cincinnati. Blue Ash is a beautiful city. Hotel was your basic no frills hotel. It did the job. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. There is no breakfast, but that is stated when booking.
