The bathroom was a hit small where the toilet was against the left wall and there were no hand rails inside the tub, only one situated outside the tub beside the toilet.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Great price, clean room and convenient to stores and parks. Dislike....hotel may need some TLC. Had to use wash cloth on drain to give 2yr old a bath and elevator could probably use a maintenance call.

Always a good stay
We came from Columbus to go to circus. I've stayed in this same hotel at least 10 times. Its always clean, pleasant staff and quiet. Breakfast isn’t the greatest but if you need something small its there.

First of all, the woman who checked us in was extremely rude. Took my card and ran it and didn’t even tell me what for after i asked she just said “its standard”. Then made me sign a waiver that they could charge me $250 AFTER she ran my card if we left the room dirty. First of all, the room was disgusting. Mold in the bathroom, and ants everywhere, even on our bed. When we called and requested to switch rooms, the front desk guy hung up on me. Then finally got ahold of him after 3 tries and he switched us to a room with stained sheets and hair on the bed. DISGUSTING.

Not sure why this place gets poor reviews, it was a fine place to stay. It’s what you’d expect for a hotel in the suburbs, clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good!

The night manager/front desk was very friendly as well as the lady working breakfast area. We forgot a toothbrush and she took care of us by getting us one. Room was fine for one or two nights and located close to interstate. Breakfast was more than what most places have & free. They had coffee, juice, eggs, sausage , muffins, yogurt, and a waffle iron station to make waffles and a community microwave. We were definitely pleased with this property for the price!

Roaches in my room and on my bed I reported it to front desk He said I could change rooms But I needed a walk in shower So I just stayed in the room The front desk person brought roach spray and that seemed to help

The rooms front door wouldn’t stay closed unless the deadbolt was on. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The night before we had a different room due to dietary bookings and the room was amazing.

Excellent location. Close to King's Island and Tennis. Friendly staff with helpful local information at the front desk. The elevator was out, so that might have been a problem if I would have been on a higher floor!

It was not very good. Bed cover had blood on it. Drain in the tub was slow, sink could also be cleaned, it had yellow around the drainage. The room felt dingy, like no airflow. I would not book here again.
