The hotel was massive, well decorated and furnished with easy access to the hotel store, a restaurant and bar and made to order as well as buffet breakfast. They also had evening reception with 2 complimentary drinks and snacks.

It would have been nice to know it was a mid-renovation disaster with jackhammers, plastic taped up everywhere and restricted entrances. Most if not all of our group did not get our rooms cleaned Wednesday and the towels looked dingy and gray and were all frayed on the edges. Beds and pillows were very comfortable though challenging to get in as they were almost touching the walls.

Property is under renovation. The refresh will boost our future rating There was minimal construction noise. Both the evening reception and morning breakfast were good. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Pool was warm and and clean. All in all, a good stay. Will return.

Comfortable bed and an outstanding breakfast

I like to stay at an Embassy Suite when I have the opportunity. My kids and I really like the omelette and pancakes cooked to order each morning. Plus there are lots of other options. Drinks and snacks in the evening are another nice amentiy offered from this hotel. Rooms are large and I would definitely recommend a stay at an Embassy suites.

We stayed on the fifth floor, which was the recently remodeled floor. Wish there was another mirror besides in the bathroom. It’s not very practical only having one mirror. Also, I think that the room was remodeled, but the mattress and pillows needed to be updated as well. Our mattress sank down in the middle. The bedding for the pullout couch needed to be updated as well. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We did not voice our concerns to them.

Great night’s stay

We were passing through Cincinnati on a roadtrip to Oregon and the Embassy Suites at Blue Ash was a really nice place to stay for the night. Affordable, huge rooms with very comfortable and suitable amenities. The hotel itself is really nice and Lamont at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. I would stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and that’s about all it has going for it. It was dirty, the fridge didn’t work, the ac didn’t work, the paint on the ceiling is peeling furniture is damaged. The list could go on. Even the breakfast foods were cold. After reading good reviews I was very very dissatisfied

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff was very responsive. The only problem we had was the shower in our room was very powerful and sprayed water all over because there was no shower liner and the curtain didn’t fit the shower. A minor issue considering everything else was perfect.
