Honestly way nicer than expected. Easy to check in, friendly staff. Room was nice and had a fully stocked kitchen, including Pyrex containers and a drink pitcher. Complimentary coffee in lobby, along with small pantry to buy snacks from.

Perfect for our family trip to the Cincy area. Close to Kings Island and the Zoo, which is where we were heading. Loved having the full size fridge and kitchen. It helped save money on dining out since we could bring our own food. Plenty of storage for food, too. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The area is excellent. So many dining and shopping options. Check out the nearby Hurts Donut, you won’t be disappointed!

The kitchen feature was great to have in room. Ton of shopping and restaurants in area. A nice bathroom with full shower glass door and a fan that actually works. Clean room all around. Staff was very friendly. Definitely stay there again.

First, I was assigned an occupied room. Second, the bed was severely slanted to one side...the whole bed. Third, I'm not sure if it was a lack of cleanliness due to being pet-friendly, but had a massive allergy attack like I've never had before. Finally, left the hotel after 7 hours. The heat in the room was broken on. It was 80 when I entered. I turned off the heat and turned on a/c which only cooled to 76. A half hour after leaving my allergy attack ceased. The staff member who helped in the beginning was great and was embarrassed about room screw up but the room itself was horrible.
