The hotel decorations were a lot of fun, and the room itself was very clean and spacious. We had dinner onsite at Fionas, it was delicious. The server was top notch. She really went the extra mile to accommodate my family. Great decor, great food, great music, great staff and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff were great. The young lady working poindexters was really great. The staff at Fiona’s didn’t seem like they wanted business. No eye contact. The room was cold at 80 degrees. Sink wouldn’t drain. No water in the room.

Everything about our stay was great! The staff was knowledgeable and extremely courteous, the room was super clean, and the decorum was awesome. I chose this hotel because it looked so kid-friendly. I think I enjoyed our stay more than my daughter did! This will definitely be our "go to" hotel when we are visiting Cincinnati!
