When I checked in; the system wasn't reading my transaction from my credit card though it showed approved. I was very hesitant in re-entering my information in fear it would charge. After multiple attempts by staff to run my card, I was charged 4 times and now it will take up to 10 days to get my money back, thought it was conveyed that this would not happen. After speaking with staff on reversing these charges, it proved to be futile and very frustrated. My keys did not work on my door when I first arrived, so I had to get back in touch with staff to resolve the issue, again frustrating. The breakfast choices did not look nor taste fresh, so I had to look elsewhere. I don't think that I would be a very good spokeman on behalf of Wingate after my past stay.
