"I travelled a lot and left very few review so far. But, this time is necessary. We found the leftover bread rotten in the kitchen when checked in...that could happen... We claimed but the manager and staff did not say or mention a "sorry"...instead, the cleaning staff said back to me "impossible and i dont know who brought it in." Shocking (No cleaning...crumbles on the sofa...sands in the shower box...toy lids on the floor...spyder on the ceiling...) finally settled with the hotel. But ruined...

"Beautiful place. We arrived by car, and the parking is behind locked gates. The appartments are in a palazzo, our appartment was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. Kitchen and bathroom new and well equipped. Perfect as base for a visit to Venice, local morning bus will take you directly, from just outside the gate. Garden and pool area is quiet, calm and with enough sunbeds and parasols. Very helpful and nice personnel in reception."

"The accommodation is regular. I heard the neighbors snoring. People laughing in the terrace. People speaking on the phone at 6:00 in the morning next door. Humidity in the walls, During the check in they offered us to have dinner in the restaurant with 10% discount. Staff very friendly but I wasn’t told the abusive charges in the restaurant. When complained nothing was done. Great parking."

"We stayed only one night but we would absolutely stay there again. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The gentleman working the front desk (I think 24 hours!) was incredibly helpful upon arrival, checking out and arranging a ride for us to the airport. He’s a model of customer service! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great. "
