"Robo self service check in 24 hours. I booked one more day prior to arrival so I was able to check in 7am arrival into my room. I had family suite. Which includes 2 bed rooms with queen size bed. A laundry machine and a kitchen with full size fridge. Everything was great include view near bus and subway. The only issue is old furnitures that broke and the staff did come and fix/replaced promptly. The included towels are tiny. And very few utensils in the kitchen. You would need to ask for fresh towels, soap bar and water daily at the 3rd floor lobby. The 1st floor has shops, convenient stores, small market, self serve coffee and noodle shops. Breakfast shops don’t typically open till 10 am. There are some restaurant also on 1st floor. There is under ground parking onsite. I would recommend this place for its room and location."
