Find hotels in Ganseok-dong, Incheon

"I have been to a few airport hotels and I have generally found them very poor, however the Ibis Ambassador was the exception. From the first booking, they were responsive. They took account of us needing 2 rooms close together. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. They were also very helpful in relation to providing information in advance about shuttles and advising on early morning departures back to the airport. All in all, a great airport hotel and more should follow their example."

"Hotel is beautiful. Great views of the city at night from the 20th floor at the restaurant. Check in/out is also on the 20th floor. They do provide breakfast for a fee whether it be through room reservation or pay at the host counter that morning. Breakfast has a little more American style mix with the traditional foods. It does have a pool and you have to wear a cap in order to use no excpetions even for men or chidren. There is a spa but didn't get a chance to use it. Staff was helpful with scheduling taxi's the night prior. Oh so you know, if you want to use the paid bag transportation serive, so you don't have to haul your luggage up & down the staris on the subway/trains, you'll need to schedule 3 days ahead of time. You'll need to give them 2 days to transport. We found this out when we want to use that service and unable to since we waited to long. I want to point out that the staff are very kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. We had them call a restaurant for us that didn't have English speakers and let them know we were running late and then got us a taxi right then and there so we didn't have to uber or take the subway. I would stay here again. "

"Good place to stay for 1 night if you need to be near the airport for traveling the next day. Building is older and in need of upgrading the outside spaces from the rooms. Rooms are in good & clean condition, again good for a 1 or 2 night stay, charging station is provided as they still have the tradtional plugs which is helpful. You'll need the adapter for the bathroom if you want to use your home hair dryer. I believe there is a clothes press in the room, don't remember since it was not something I used or needed. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport, but times are limited. When we arrived at the aiport we had to wait 40 min for the next one to arrive so we ubered instead. As far as the free shuttle from the hotel to airport give yourself time. The terminals and far from each other so make sure you take the shuttle an hour ahead of the time you want to be at the airport. Great shopping and food places to eat at. There is an Olive June maybe about 60 feet away from the hotel which was perfect for the last minute shopping. "
