โEvery aspect from the staff, to the food, to the added extra of the outdoor pool were fantastic! The hotel is on a busy road, so we thought perhaps the noise would cause an issue but we couldnโt hear it from our room. Itโs an absolute little gem and we will happily return.โ
โWe had an absolutely excellent stay at the Maidโs Head Hotel. The room was gorgeous, spotless, and really comfortable. Every member of staff we met was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious vegan options. It was such a treat to have so much choice. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays weโve had in a long time, and we canโt wait to go back!โ
โLovely room. Ours was at the top, it was a hot night and heat rises! We did have the windows open but itโs quite a busy road so lots of road noise. The blind also let in a lot of light too and if light sensitive there was a bright green light shinning in the ceiling. Bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Restaurant packed and the food was good. I had the roast and my husband had the mutton curry - huge potions. Staff very helpful and smiley but rushed off their feet. โ
โThe staff gave a wonderful welcome, and looked after us for our 2 night stay. Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. Food was excellent, well stocked bar, not far to walk into the centre. The only slight drawback is tight parking, and fairly narrow spaces for modern cars. We would happily stay again.โ
โUpon arrival, the hotel was incredible, parking was easy, we was ealry to check in, however, we were made comfortable at the bar to unwind with some drinks prior.
The garden was lovely, the spa facilities was beyond expectation, more so, the beer spa which we booked in for, was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, the food was outstanding, the best 3 course meal we've ever had. โVery nice hotel. Room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use it but the swimming pool looked really nice. Cricket ground is an easy walk away.โ
โStaff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good.
The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?โ
