"I never saw where breakfast was supposed to be served, the coffee in the room was terrible. I use Green Mountain at home but it tasted totally different, not sure why. Maid left an envelope for a tip but my room was never cleaned. Wastebaskets were emptied, but bed wasn't made, towels were not picked up or changed. I asked for ice at the front desk so I could ice a bad foot. It never came in the 2 hours I waited. Asked again when I got back after a cocktail party, finally arrived a 1/2 hour later. Room was clean when I arrived and bed was comfortable, but I'd give it an average rating "
