Room was dirty and had holes in walls and door had huge gap you could see guests walking by had switched rooms and the second room had bugs on bed front desk promised refund but manager is never around to process it now matter what day or time Expedia calls or I call we checked out due to the hotels bugs and stained bed sheets and now they add an additional charge of 312 dollars for early leave also they are people living out their car in the back parking lot

Room was really good. Breakfast area only had regular coffee. No Decaf and no hot water. No juice, machine was out of order. Call button in elevator had been pressed and was beeping in the elevator.
