The room was cleaned ok, not perfect. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent with waffles, powdered scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals and oatmeal, several bread choices, and yogurt. I’d stay here again.

Stay was perfect and a decent price. Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. I rated amenities as poor - not that it affected my stay in any way - but just so it’s out there, but elevator, pool and hot tub, and sadly coffee machine were all out of order. I don’t need any of those really - but in case you are going for the pool or can’t climb stairs - check on that before you book.

Elevator was broke but she made sure my elderly parents and I had a floor level room. Very helpful. Breakfast was not worth eating unfortunately but staff was great. Room comfortable. Pool and spa were out of order as well. Decent for the location and needing to sleep

That place is taking the quality out of Quality Inn. Staff was great. Relatively clean but AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Bathroom smelled like old pee. Shower was so bad I couldn’t hardly use it and it was a handicap room. Bed was clean and comfy.

I had a wonderful experience at the Quality Inn & Suites in Clayton! The check-in process was incredibly easy and efficient. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated how convenient the hotel is to access, located right off the main highway with plenty of free public parking available.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was very good with a great variety of options to start the day right. Some of the items I enjoyed included biscuits and gravy, fresh waffles, and hot coffee.Finally, this is a fantastic pet-friendly option! They welcome both dogs and cats, and there is a very nice, grassy relief area on the property for them to use.Overall, this hotel offers great comfort and convenience. I will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hard to work and didn’t get hot for quite a few minutes. Breakfast was mid - they had waffle mix and a waffle iron, which was great. But pretty much all carbs except a few apples. No other fruit or yogurt.

Clean and easy to get keys for the stay. Breakfast was very slim. No fruit available on multiple days. Don’t know on other breakfast items. Never did find where you can get ice. Every time I went downstairs to ask no one was around even after ringing bell. But rooms were clean and heat worked. Overall would stay again.
