"What a cool hotel! Great coffee bar, and the downstairs game area and gym are so fun. The surrounding area was great too, with some restaurants within walking distance. "

"I am very concerned about my recent stay from March 22–26, 2026. At around 3:00 AM, March 26, 2026 someone unexpectedly opened our room door while we were asleep and even turned on the lights. This was extremely alarming and made us feel unsafe. I immediately went to report the incident, but the only response I received was a simple apology and that a note would be made. There was no sense of urgency or reassurance that this serious issue would be properly addressed. What is even more concerning is that nobody could give us a clear answer as to what actually happened. We were left wondering if the wrong room was assigned to another guest, or if someone within the property has access to enter occupied rooms while guests are inside. This lack of explanation only adds to the fear and uncertainty we experienced. This situation is not only disturbing for me, but also raises serious concerns about the safety and security of other guests staying at this property. I hope management takes this matter seriously and implements better security measures to prevent something like this from happening again. "

"When I arrived, I was impressed by how the outside looked. I was having trouble with my bag and a young man helped bring it in. Wasn't sure if he worked there no uniform or name tag. When I walked in, I was greeted with a "Checking in"no hello. No one at this hotel has a uniform or a name tag. Was happy my room was right there. Room was very clean. When I went to hang up my clothes there were no hangers. Went to go to front desk and another woman asked if she could help. Told her what I was looking for, she was surprised and gave me a hanger. Said that since rooms/hotel are being renovated things are not the same. No big deal for me, problem solved. Went out next day came back around 2pm room had not been made up or the towels replenished. The towels are glorified dish towels very thin and took all of them to dry my hair and myself. Went out to front desk to inquire and was told by the young lady there that only happens if you request it and she would add my name to that list. Told her I have never heard of this EVER. Went back out, came back in at midnight went to room and still nothing had been done. Too tired went to bed. Next day went out was back at 8p room not taken care of. On checkout asked girl at desk if she used towels more than once she said no, I told her I had used mine 4X. She apologized. Told her this is unacceptable. Asked for corporate email all she had was phone number. Couldn't get receipt since I booked through a third party. I hope they get act together"

"When we arrived the lady at the next we friendly. It took a while to get checked in because of computer problems. Once i was given my room key my husband and i headed to our room. Immediately after entering our room i headed back downstairs ro have our room moved. There was a pest spray bottle left in the hotel room and the smell of Marijuana from people smoking in the room right next to us was ridiculous. I was in rhe room for like 3 minites if that. I snapped a quick picture of the bottle of pesticides went downstairs and the lady changed us room but as i was coming down stairs she was walking aways talking on herself about some appearent drama going on with people she knew the was evident by the context of the call. She dissappear for a bout 5 minutes leaving the lobby unattended."

"Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. It was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay. "

"The hotel was fine. It was clean, safe and in a walkable location. Not luxurious by any stretch but a good option."
