โSecondo me l'hotel รจ il migliore a Naama bay. Ha una bellissima spiaggia e la barriera corallina direttamente davanti. Il personale รจ estremamente cordiale e educato. Abbiamo preso all inclusive e ci siamo trovati bene con il buffet molto variegato, insalate, pesce, carne e griglia tutte le sere. Se dovessimo tornare a Sharm el Sheik, torneremo sicuramente qui.โ

โSiamo stati benissimo. Il personale del albergo molto premuroso e gentile. Tutti i servizi sono di ottima qualitร , ci piaciuto anche la cucina, molto buona e varia. Il mare รจ vicinissimo, 5 minuti a piedi. Torneremo volentieri in questo posto meraviglioso.โ

I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the propertyโit felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous.
What I didnโt like:
The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name; I only saw him...
โThe location was great and the staff were professional and very friendly and helpful. The dining facilities were excellent with good breakfast and dinner variety. The quality of food was good however I suggest different menu each days rather than fixed ones. The hotel provides access to private beach free with free towel and settings. The hotel has nice swimming pool. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was good with powerful hot water. ...
