The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome the whole stay. The room was cute and very clean. The only problem is the central heating kept breaking my entire stay. Temps got to the teens to low 20s some nights. Since the windows were pretty thin and the heat was pumping out cold air, I was freezing at night. They did try to fix it and showed me how to reset the control panel. But it was a pain to wake up multiple times in the night to reset the unit. And by the time I was ready to leave the reset wasn’t working at all. They really should not put people in this room if the heat will not work in winter like temperatures.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. When the service staff had not cleaned our room because we put the door tag on too late, the supervisor nonetheless extended herself by getting us fresh towels. It’s a great welcoming experience here.
