“I had a few issues with my room, the woman at the front desk, Alisha came up and took care of it immediately. She was friendly and professional, and solved the issue very quickly. That was much appreciated. Everyone I dealt with at this hotel were very professional and very friendly. I’m thinking, management at this hotel must do a good job and that reflects in the way the personnel takes care of business.”
“I love this hotel! I've stayed in several other hotels in NH but this one is my favorite. Love the collegiate decor and the Yale theme throughout. The staff is helpful, the rooms are small but cozy and nicely decorated. The location is ideal and love having a cafe in the lobby to grab coffee in the AM.”
“Close enough to downtown Stamford , parking was easy . I have a student attending UConn so it was close enough to everything that we needed. Will be staying again and Pet friendly is huge so when I come to visit my daughter can see her dog! This was our second stay here and now that the pool is open we can take a dip! ”
“I like that the property did some renovation which meant upgrade, convenient, clean and walking distance to pops restaurant. What I would like if they will put a door that also connects the sink to the toilet and tub area. I don't like an open area where the sink is to the rest place”
