“We are locals who stayed for a staycation for my birthday. Everything about Charleston Place is five star but the thing that sets this hotel apart is the service. Charleston is a friendly and polite city and everyone we encountered at the hotel was very professional but also warm and friendly. True Charleston hospitality. The restaurant is superb and the spa is great.”

“Overall we liked the property and our stay. Our room was nicely appointed. We would stay again. Housekeeping was training new staff and there were a few minor hiccups but things were ultimately taken care of. The area is great with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel offers a free shuttle service within 3 miles of the property. ”

“The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

“We rented the 3 bedroom condo and it was IMMACULATE!? VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. Our 4 kids loved having their own room to choose from. We loved sitting out on the oversized balcony. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Definitely will be back again. ”

“Hotel was actually a timeshare, which was fine. Living, dining, kitchen, washer/dryer, bedroom bathroom. Atriangke balconey where we had partial ocean view which was appreciated. A little dated, and little things needed fixing, transition piece between flooring, but still lovely overall. Would we stay here again, absolutely as is right on beachfront. Not during this week, some kind of motorcycle marathon or something... up and down the road, it's a yearly event so road was blocked and it was...
