โThis hotel was excellent in every way but the location. Well location was not too bad (around 30 min walk from the Centrale and 20 min tram-ride from the Centrale) but compared to other 5 star hotel it was somewhat inconvenient. I see that metro ljne 4 is under construction right by the hotel, so it will get better definitelyโ
โgood: local experience (a room in apartment, separate bathroom & shared kitchen), location (close to center)
bad: noisy... we took the room close to the lift, and the alert sound kept us surprised at night. no cleaning service for 3 nights (towels not changed)โ
โ1. Extra Charges for towels
I stayed at Sonder Atelier for five nights and it was the worst lodging experience. Upon check-in, I was given four towels, and when I asked for fresh ones during my stay, I was charged an additional โฌ5. Even requesting room cleaning incurs an extra charge of โฌ20โ30. (There was no discounts at all for 5 nights stay.)
I cannot understand why I was charged extra during a five-night stay when a one-night stay includes the same amenitiesโa clean room and towelsโwithout...
โViaggio a Milano in occasione di una laurea. Scelta casuale, soprattutto per la zoan, vicina a dove si svolgeva l'evento. Molto soddisfatto dell'accoglienza, e dell'appartamento. Ritornerei a utilizzare l'appartamento se necessario.โ

The room condition was perfect. I didnโt expect that warm with this cold weather but very warm and cozy. I could sleep very well.
The location is just 2 min from Duomol and inside shopping mall but I didnโt hear any noise.
I definitely stay here again! โ
