“Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.”

“The room was very spacious and in a great condition! Double bed downstairs and another one upstairs. The manager was very helpful with our check-in and offered his assistance during my stay. The Crocetta metro station was nearby, so moving around Milan from this location was very convenient. I highly recommend Ortiquattro :)”

“We love our stay very much, convenient, clean, spacious and feel luxury. The staff is friendly and useful. The place is amazing and located right in the city, close to everything we need and still walkable to everywhere.”

“Th staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but in need of upgrades (the bathroom in particular). The baseboard was separating from the wall, the floor seemed to buckle in certain areas from moisture i guess and the shower showed definite signs of wear.”

“good: local experience (a room in apartment, separate bathroom & shared kitchen), location (close to center) bad: noisy... we took the room close to the lift, and the alert sound kept us surprised at night. no cleaning service for 3 nights (towels not changed)”

“Amazing staff and clean rooms with everything you need”

“The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The TV had streaming options. The property provided a generous amount of free snacks. The bathroom was updated and nice. The shower was fairly narrow so might be tight for some people.”

“I don’t think I will stay there again after stayed 3 nights.. When I talked with the staff when we arrived she said they will provide the water more if we want so I thought they will give us more free water. I asked another staff in the evening and he said if we finish free bottle then just drink water in the fridge and pay for it. He shouted on the phone and even I asked him to come to my room to show the price list he kept yelling at me in front of my mom. We paid almost 1200 euro for 3 nights...

“room is very nice five minutes walk from duomo middle of shopping district one thing needs to be worked on is communication since there is no reception running out of toilet paper asked few times is don’t need to be ”
