The walk wasn’t too far but the issue annoyed me to be directed to go back there when the lot was closed off. I arrived very late and felt bad for making noise and multiple trips through the hallways. Also, couldn’t find a desk person to check out this morning. Another customer rang the bell multiple times and complained about not getting help."
