Everything was great! I would’ve LOVED some cool water, whether thru the faucet, or the ice machine, or an accessible refilling station. The breakfast nook has cold water, but when that closes, there’s no more cool water anywhere. A simple tiny complaint, truly!! And Walgreens is within walking distance, and stocked with cold water. The hotel was very clean, staff was very kind and helpful, and it felt very safe. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

They aim to please. Our AC was noisy when we turned it on; a maintenance man came and fixed it within minutes. There are signs saying "If you don't like your pillow, let us know and we'll give you another one" or something like that. Good breakfast. Nice pool & spa and nicely landscaped but be sure to request a room facing the pool area.

The rooms were clean and the staff is fantastic. There’s not much around the hotel so I was at the Walgreens next door frequently to get snacks and other necessities. I stayed during a ren faire weekend so it got pretty noisy especially in the evenings and mornings.

Nice, Southwest-themed hotel and rooms. No special amenities, everything as you would expect for a Best Western. Hotel is older and so are the room furnishings and decor. Convenient location.
