“Room was clean and comfortable.”

“I stayed at this hotel for one night for our trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room, the bathroom and in particular the bed were clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The server in the restaurant was very kind and was making sure that every guest was enjoying the meal. On the other hand, the carpet on the room floor was actually outdated as I already read from other guests' review opinions. I always use fitness centers when I travel. “윈터그린리조트에서 보내기위해 숙박했는데 이동 거리가 길어 다소 불편. 호텔주변이 외진 곳인데 비해 다소 비싼 가격에 이용하게 되어 불만. 시설 자체와 서비스는 나쁘지 않음. 실내수영장이 작지만 타올이 비치되어 있고 좋았음.”

“No mountain view. Can't add add-ons after hours. Never spoke with a person, all ai.”

“Don't wish to”

“Cleanliness and ease of check in”

“This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction.”

“청결은 일반적인 수준입니다.”

“The place was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The view was amazing. The only issue we had was when we asked where it was. We were told Nellysford and didn’t really understand that it was part of the Wintergreen resort so it was much further away from our actual destination. But the place was really amazing. We would stay there again.”
