If you're looking for a bed or two with no frills, this place is probably fine. Room was average, no complaints. If amenities are important, call and confirm with the property what's listed on the site is actually being offered. Heavy construction during our stay. Extremely limited breakfast, limited parking, no ice in the hotel. If I had a do over, there's plenty of other options around this price point in the area.

I am surprised with all the construction taking place they feel comfortable with reservations. Be prepared to hear lots of noise at all times of the night. Rooms are cleaned every other day. The low scores are due to noise levels and limited parking from construction as well.

Family trip to UMD
Family visit. Nice roomy suite - very comfortable for 4 of us with a king bed and pull out bed and great space. Parking was difficult to find on hotel premises. Wish I’d known the ground floor of hotel had major construction, painting etc happening. Feel like this should be disclosed and rooms discounted when this is the case. Breakfast was very nice. Hope to stay again when there’s no construction.
