The room was in good shape and clean but the the toilet was too close to the bathroom door. The shower current was in need of replacing. The current one did not keep water in the bath when the shower was in use. The grounds were in need of cleaning up but that will come once the snow melts to a level that allows its removal. I did not appreciate paying for parking which I guess was needed. The instructions provided to pay were woefully inadequate and needs to be more complete.

The room was spotless. The heat in the room did not work well. We had to set the thermostat to 78, to get the temp to 72. There was bottled water in the room, but a $7 charge per bottle. That was outrageous. The TV could not be turned off using the remote. We had to unplug it for the screen fully off. The staff was courteous and amazing. The breakfast was terrible though. The hot food was cold, the cereal, yogurt, and muffins were all we ate. It was an overall ok stay, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Easy check in, didn't like the parking fee, however the room was nice. All the comforts of being home. Quiet, clean, bed comfy, use of a microwave/fridge. I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. I was surprised at how spacious the room was, the cleanliness and how much storage space there was. Also, the facilities in the room were fantastic. You could easily cook yourself a fresh meal. Breakfast was good and fresh but could do with a bit more variety. A nice touch was having coffee in the lobby.
