The room had noticeable dust, the hallways carried a persistent unpleasant smell, and the bathroom door was poorly aligned, making it difficult to use. Toilets tank was leaky. Although the front desk acknowledged these issues and assured me a refund, they asked me to coordinate with the manager — who has been unreachable and has not returned any of my calls.
