โThe place is beautiful and elegant without being pretentious. The decor is on point with a very nostalgic feel. It is like entering a hotel in the 30s. Just gorgeous. I love that the integrity of the design remained. The only thing I would suggest is getting valet parking. It is a bit uncomfortable to get there and carry all your luggage from a block away because there is no actual hotel parking or valet. It still didnt deter me from giving them a perfect score. I would visit again.โ
โAll the employees were so helpful and kind. Travel solo, single female and felt safe. Room was very clean the housekeeping was also very kind. Will stay here again when I come back and visit my mom in college. Oh also breakfast was really good! Love the Sausage and eggs! โ
โMy first time staying at The George hotel was very nice!! Beautiful scenery and great atmosphere!! Really cozy vibes and friendly workers. Bed was very comfortable. Pool area was nice and clean and definitely a nice, relaxing vibe!! Loved it.
The pillows were a little too soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference. I loved the shower, but it was very slippery and it didn't have any shower handles for you to hold on to. A bath mat would have been nice.

โVery clean and good complimentary breakfast. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Chris at the front desk went above expectations and made it worth going back! โ
โIt was close to A&M for moving in our freshman and navigating around to pick up supplies etc. It was a great central location. Didn't like the business center as the computers couldnt support things like word or excel, and the fitness room wasnt much more than a couple pieces of cardio equipment, no real weights or versitile cable machine.โ
