“Property was understaffed, though the workers that were there were helpful. Most of the time nobody at front counter, even during check-out time. No coffee in rooms. Explanation was that they were in the process of changing vendors. Ran out of coffee for guests during continental breakfast. No water provided with breakfast. Pool water was green and did not look clean.”

“출장 숙박이고 풋볼 비수기라 호텔은 한산했습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 방도 넓었습니다. 특히 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 한가지 기차가 자주 지나갑니다. 한두시간 간격으로 심야에도 지나갑니다. 지나가는 소리보다 경적을 1-2분 정도 울리는데 좀 거슬립니다. 개인적으로는 그렇게 힘들지 않았는데 다른 객실의 일행 중 몇명은 고생을 했다고 합니다. 방에 귀마개를 비치한 이유가 있습니다.”

“Super comfortable bed! Very nice room for what we need. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only complaint I have is that our key cards stopped working 5 times over a period of 3 days. We tried storing the cards in different locations that would avoid deactivating them, but that did not seem to make a difference.”

“아주 넓은 객실, 충분한 냉/난방 시스템, 청결한 침구 관리 등 전반적으로 아주 만족스러움. 프론트의 대응도 친절함. 가격도 저렴한 편. 주변에 도보로 이용할 수 있는 식당도 많이 있음 ”

“Wry nice check in staff, but the property is rundown and dirty. There is no AC in the fitness room. The breakfast is not good and very small amount of food to choose from. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the floors. The towels were also gross. Would not stay again.”

“The a/c kept going in an off.. The wifi was not reliable, washer and dryer did not work.”

“시설이 낙후됨. 객실의 모든 가구가 오래되어 서랍이 열리거나 잘 닫히지 않음. 침대도 오래 사용하니 꺼지고 수건 거는 철제 밭침은 녹이 슬어 거기에 놓은 수건을 더럽힐 것 같음”

“The hotel staff first of all upon entering were welcoming and helpful. Very nice and engaging, which is greatly appreciated these days. We booked on Expedia and only for one night. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. There was some dripping noise in the bathroom but wasn’t t enough to cause an issue sleeping overnight. Thank you! T.Maxwell-Houston”
