"Great hotel stay convenient Location property was maintained and clean. The only downside was the Oceanview could of had more balcony options. Other than that, I love the hotel."

"The hotel is very nice, modern, and spotless. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had 1 bottle of drinking water and a coffee maker. The bathroom was very comfortable and modern. Breakfast was included in the price of my room, and I must say it was an incredible breakfast that I highly recommend; don't miss it because it's delicious. The shuttle service to and from the airport is free and runs every hour, that is, at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., and so on until 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. (I'm not sure of the exact time). If you arrive at El Dorado Airport, go to Level 1, locate Gate 1, and wait patiently. The shuttle, clearly marked as Hilton Garden Inn, will arrive eventually. I waited about 40 minutes. I'm not giving the hotel 5 stars because the front desk staff isn't very friendly, but otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel offers an exceptional experience with its amazing front desk staff who are incredibly helpful during check-in and check-out. They make guests feel welcome and are always ready to answer any questions. The pool is fantastic, providing hours of entertainment. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from numerous restaurants and the beach. Most importantly, I felt extremely safe and secure throughout my stay. The only minor issue was the lack of washcloths, so it’s a good idea to bring your own if needed."

"Rooms were spacious, and comfortable with a sitting and dining area. View over the city are best, otherwise might be facing a building, higher floors better, noted some maintenance items needing attention (window did not seal properly, hand basin sink stopper did not work). Take care booking non-refundable pricing, if you leave early, the hotel will not refund you (I was not happy about that)"

"Great stay overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was good, and the facilities were well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others"
