The staff was friendly and inviting and helped me with my bags to my room due to there not being an elevator (if you cannot easily walk up stairs you may want to reconsider staying here). As soon as I arrived I enjoyed the quaint pool surrounded by tropical plants...super refreshing in the Cartagena heat! My room had a queen bed and a balcony facing the street. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was also nice and the street noise was not a bother at all. 10/10”
