I can't say enough good about this hotel. My sister and I travel every year together for our birthdays and this has been the best hotel by far! First, the view is amazing! It is conveniently located to everything. Then, the staff are amazing! Mary Beth, the concierge, was so friendly and helpful! Gavin, a valet, was also so friendly and helpful- gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants! The rooms are wonderful- so clean and comfortable! This hotel thought of everything- it has all the extras and more!! I recommend it 100%!! You will not regret it!

We stayed one night at **Garden of the Gods Resort and Club** with our 10-month-old and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with a baby. The surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful and made the stay feel extra special. We had dinner at **Grand View Restaurant**, and both the food and service were top-notch. Everything was delicious, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The resort’s location is ideal — right in the middle of all the major tourist spots, which made exploring so convenient. Overall I had a wonderful stay at the Garden of the Gods Resort. The customer service is exceptional. Depending on what room you’re in the walk to and from the lobby can be lengthy but the entire resort is a beautiful place to explore.

No hot water to soak in soaker tub first night. The toilet shifted back and forth when you sat on it. No hot tub in function, 1 pool out of three open, and it was cold. The food was expensive and underwhelming. The staff was kind.
