The room was immaculately clean. Every surface in the bath area was shining. The bedding was good and again looked immaculately laundered. The rooms are large. Plenty of towels. Complimentary soap, etc. It's old and dated but I just wanted a place to sleep and it was inexpensive. There is no breakfast until May and the pool was not filled.

I believe this motel should be rated higher than it already is as it is criminal how good the overall package is! While the breakfast is a little limited, it was still good and had enough options. The room itself (109) was very clean and was wonderful to rest in with comfy beds, a nice clean bathroom, nightstand, dresser, tv, microwave, fridge, and a place to hang clothes. There is even a laundry room and ice machine. That, and everything in the town being within walking distance really seals the deal. Overall a 9/10 experience! Highly recommend this motel

Schönes Motel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut instand gehalten. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Hidden dog fees, much smaller than pictures.
Hidden dog fees are not cool. We got there at 8 after a very long drive and had to pay an extra $30 per day for our dogs - which was not advertised by the website. Instead of $94 including fees like adverised, be prepared to pay $150/ night.

Advertising a pool and it was empty and peeling. Property did not look like the pictures online. Room was ok but overpriced

Great Little Motel
We needed a quick nights rest after flying into Denver, headed to Pikes Peak. The Silver Saddle fit the bill. The breakfast was nice (waffle maker a plus) and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, room was clean. The town there, Manitou Springs, was cute. We like it so much we stayed another night.

Property is older but well maintained. Clean and friendly with plenty of walking spots for dogs. Would stay here again.

This is an older motel but the room I stayed in seemed to have been updated recently. It was very clean. I was here for the Pikes Peak races, as were a numbers of other folks. The staff normally serves breakfast at 7am but to accommodate the racers, they opened up breakfast at 4:30am! That was definitely going above and beyond.

Well maintained, friendly staff and it the heart of all the shopping . Quiet, clean and quaint. Views were amazing. Being able to see the see the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak from your front door was breathtaking. We would definitely come back in the near future.

Was older Motel, but clean and was very accessible to go to places, close to pikes Peak, Woodland Park, Garden Of The Goods , etc. loved the shopping in Manitoba Springs and Old Town Colorado Springs, just a neat little place. The Motel served a breakfast which is comparable to any other Motel or Hotel and very reasonably priced.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. quite at night. breakfast was the usual toast, waffle bar, cereal, eggs... only thing i didnt love was there was not a lot of space for my dog to go potty. only one small rocked off area in the front of the facility. would stay here again.

Clean and comfy. Very ample parking. Staff is courteous and professional. Decent pool area. It’s about a mile ( walking distance) to the lovely and lively downtown. We will be back!!

The office stunk so bad I wanted to cancel before we even stepped foot in our room. I couldn’t eat after being in there it was that bad. Our curtains wouldn’t even shut all the way which meant no privacy. Our door had an inch gap and let in so much heat and light! The fridge smelled disgusting as well. Very disappointed. Would never recommend this place. They also advertise a hot tub which is t true.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that you are the only person who has ever smelt anything bad in the office. We can remedy the curtains, but you didn't notify us about the door - which when checked, closes. Hot tubs are indeed advertised, but also shown to be specific to certain rooms.
