"Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. "I loved the location. Friendly neighborhood with a 24 hr grocery across the street. 2 7elevens, Lawson’s, Family Mart, Domino’s KFC within 5 minutes. There’s also Indian food, ramen, wings etc down the block. Kasai station is only a 5 min walk! All beds including sofa and pull down were comfortable. There was a Mini kitchen but we only used the refrigerator and microwave. There’s also a stove top. The area felt safe that I felt comfortable with my 2 teens exploring on their own. Laundry was convenient and you could pay via an app that also tells you when the load is ready. Staff members were friendly and responsive to communication via Expedia messenger. We stayed at 3 places during our trip to Japan and this was our favorite and kind of wished we had this booking the whole trip."

"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible — one of the highlights of our stay. The location is unbeatable: two malls nearby, a convenience store on the corner next to a great Hawaiian restaurant with a decent lunch menu, and a FamilyMart on the second floor that also has a laundry facility — super convenient for travelers. We stayed here as a base for DisneySea and Tokyo, and the complimentary shuttle service was a game changer. It runs every 10 minutes for pickup and drop-off, which made everything so easy and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel near the Nishi-Kasha metro station. Also not far from a free zoo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They allow for you to lock/store your luggage on check-in and check-out days. They have a common/lounge area where you eat breakfast and can store and cook your own food. Hotel was modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again."
