First room was filthy and smelled like smoke. Second room was better however the cover plates for exhaust fan were missing and the fan was filled with a ton of falling dirt and dust bunnies. No shampoo, no coffee, no front desk after hours until 9am week days and 10 am weekends.

Definitely a run down hotel. Fridge was beat up. There were groups of people hanging outside every time we were coming & going. Walls are thin could hear everything. We were on the first floor & the people above us literally stomped at all hours of the day & night constantly to the point we woke up super early on check out day to leave because neither of us could sleep. Didn’t even have a hand towel in the bathroom? That’s kind of crazy. Just 2 wash cloths & 2 towels with 1 little bar of soap. The front desk people seemed nice, that’s about it.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The place was filthy. It smelled terrible, dog urine, smoke, weed, the stench was horrid. The front desk locks at 10pm and it is not staffed at night. The room smelled even worse than the halls, the furniture was old, falling apart and highly damaged. The facet in the bathroom leaked all over and created a slick hazard all over the floor while you showered. Staff live there and are “on call” if anyone needs anything, but you have to call on a phone in the entry way outside of the lobby. The door keys deactivate if they come close to any sort of electronic. Absolutely terrible. We only stayed one night bc there was no where else to go.

No problems at all. I had my dog with me & was pleased to find everything so clean & fresh-smelling upon our arrival & throughout our 4 day stay! Front desk clerk was friendly & pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

The girl that checked me in was great. Overall property condition was poor. Shady characters selling drugs in the parking lot. Would not stay again.

This place was horrible! There was no front-desk and you had to call someone in the lobby to get your room. Very shady place and my husband and I felt so unsafe that we left 5 minutes after getting there.

Lack of security entering the hotel, old dirty carpet, outdated furniture, cigarette smell in the room and in the elevator, chipped furniture in the bathroom, unstable (shaky) bed that could fall if moved too much At least there's a kitchen?? We didn't use it but let's say our stay was a rather colorful experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone

We checked in with no problems. A lot of good services available. Everything was clean in the room. Nice kitchen if needed but you would have to bring utilsels and the like. No coffee pot. No usually bathroom amenities other than bar of soap and two cups plus toilet paper. Clean linens. Nice stay for one night.

I only stayed overnight, so I didn't require any cooking equipment, but if I had, there would have been a deposit required for the equipment. The room was very clean, in very good shape with a comfortable bed. Shower was hot with a strong spray head, no shampoo, but I had my own. I would stay, again.

I checked in at 11.00pm, no staffs in the counter. She was smoking out of the lobby, there are even no water in the room, or no fountain in the lobby. there is no shampoo in the shower. It costed me about USD 200 a night. The worst hotel I ever stayed.

I will start by saying the property is very rundown and in need of some serious repair. We booked the weekend to visit our child at the university and this one was one of the least expensive places we could find last minute, but let me back that up by saying, we still paid over $200 a night, so not rates that would match the property. Only positives, the bed was somewhat comfy and the shower pressure was good, but it stops there. Our sink in the kitchen was leaking and since maintenance doesn’t work on the weekend, we were given a trash can to put under it and extra towels to sop it up, and thank goodness we weren’t charged for them, because you are only given a set amount for your stay, without paying for a laundry fee. Property is also very loud. Highway traffic, which I understand being next to the highway, but that wasn’t all. AC and exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like a jet taking off. Our biggest concern was safety. There were people sleeping on the ground in the parking lot, and people living out of their cars, and people just milling around in the parking lots at all hours. Lighting was minimal in the lot, so was not a feeling of security when coming and going after dark. And before “management” gives a canned response to my review, I am simply giving other families booking last minute trips to COMO to visit their college students, to avoid this hotel. If we hadn’t travelled 1000 miles by plane and car to see our child, we would have turned around and gone home.
