“Worst accommodation ever!!! I have travelled many countries and experienced many accommodations. I wonder how come HOTEL.COM has unqualified accommodation such as MORRIS GUEST HOUSE. “Superbly comfortable room with attentive service”

“At first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.”

“맨해튼 핵심지에 위치해 있어서 센트럴파크나 주위에 이동이 너무 좋았으나 주차는 따로 알아서 찾아야 해서 힘들었고, 처음 배정받은 룸은 냄새나는 오래된 아파트 느낌으로 2박을 1000불이상 결제한 상태에서 1박 자체가 너무 괴로웠습니다. 다음날 컨디션 좋은 룸으로 배정해 주어서 감사했으나 이 돈을 지불하고 다시 이용하고 싶은 생각은 없습니다. 룸 교체해 주셔서 그것만 좋았습니다.”

“This is an iconic hotel in nyc so I had high expectations. The hotel was nice in general, but it took an hour to change my room (bellman didn't show up for an hour) and front desk hung up on my phone call ( I heard they were very busy due to many check-ins ). I don't expect this kind of service for the five star hotel with exceptionally high rate.”
