“The pictures show an updated hotel. This hotel hasn't been updated at all and looks like the 80's throughout. Our sheets were soaking wet where I guess they didn't dry them all the way. I complained and was told that housekeeping won't be in until the next day. It was a miserable night laying on towels. They checked the room the next morning for leaks and found none. She said I wish I could refund you , but there's nothing I can do on my end. Terrible stay. I won't ever stay at one of these...

“Breakfast was quite good, with eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee, cereal, and waffles. Check-in and checkout was speedy. Negatives: no more airport shuttle! Had to pay $35 to get from airport to the hotel (3.3 miles). Neighbor rooms had several very undisciplined kids run around in the hallways after midnight. Any parents??? If shuttle ever came back, I might stay here again. Otherwise, I’ll go elsewhere.”

“We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Michigan! Everything was just right from the staff (Liz and Tiara), the breakfast, cleanliness, quietness and the comfort of the beds, we couldn’t think of anything negative to say! I highly recommend this property you won’t be disappointed!”
