The service and staff was great. We had a slight issue with the room when we got there, that was honestly no big deal at all, and the staff not only switched our room immediately, but also upgraded us to a bigger; nicer room. Rooms were clean with good amenities. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast but the coffee was great. We will definitely stay again.

Didn't eat the breakfast due to schedule conflict, Room was very nice, housekeeping was very nice! A little to much noise from other occupants running and slamming doors, I smelled cigarette smoke even though we had none smoking I personally can't take cigarette smoke so I'm hoping that it doesn't happen on my second stay. Like with any building there's always a few things that could be fixed, I hope the next time I come in the future that the workout room is a little bit more advanced with equipment I would love that! Love the variety of channels available for the T.V. , I told the receptionist that we'll be back next month and she happily accommodated us with the same room just upstairs that made me want to come back to your hotel looking forward! I also love the surrounding area so much at your fingertips from restaurants to Meijer's, Krogers , If I need anything I can easily walk and get it or drive quickly and get it that's very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I think they will be very satisfied and happy to have to stay at your location.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was eager to help. Downside: I had to wait for Santa to check in (not kidding). If you want a handicap accessible room, be aware that the they have tubs, not walk-in showers. Fortunately I had thought to bring a shower chair just in case. Overall, a very good stay.

Check in was easy and quick, but I reserved a room with a heart shaped Jacuzzi in the room and when I got to my room I only had a jetted bathtub. It wasn't the end of the world by any means but I would have liked to receive the room I originally booked. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. Big clean rooms and lots of options for food or shopping close by.
