Hello Racheal,we are an extended stay Hotel, which means we don't service the rooms every day. Everything is posted on our hotel website. And yes indeed one of our guests forgot to turn the grills off after they were done using it. And when we realized what happened we turned the grill off.

Hello Ava, a lot of guests have brought this to my attention now, thank you. I will do some digging and find out with websites advertise breakfast, because this is not the case. Candlewood Suites is designed for grab and go.Breakfast would be nice though, i have to agree.

Hello Ms. Stephanie, First i would like to thank you for your feedback. Ms. Stephanie as you probably know we are an extended stay hotel, which means we service our rooms every 7th day or upon request. Did you request service during your stay?As far as my front desk being unmanned, i can't even argue with that, as you already mentioned we have had some issues with the elevator, so my front desk staff was assisting guest with their luggage and other needs, now mind you, just like our guests, we had to take the stairs too. As far as the metal piece in your shower, Ms Stephanie, that is part of the shower, we left it propped up for you to see that we take sanitation and cleanliness very serious on our property. Kinda like the toilet seat, we leave it up so the first thing you see is a clean toilet. How did you like your room? It was modern and clean, wasn't it?
