This hotel is transitioning from a Courtyard by Marriott to the Columbus Hilliard Hotel and it's a work in progress. The Staff was helpfull, the room was clean [and quiet], and convienient parking.

We were really only here to sleep and shower. However, I did like the new age look of the hotel, as well as the front desk staff. They were all very helpful and nice. The only thing was our shower drain was clogged, so it didn’t drain well. I would stay here again. Parking was very plentiful with lots in front, on the sides, and around back. Very close to different things

Room was cancelled without notice. Big festival in town so all 3rd party bookings were canceled so they could resale the room at high demand ra+es. No rooms when i arrived. Very hard to finad any room in Columbus after the cancelation. Luckily I found another hotel 2 houra later. Front desk wasn't very friendly about the cancelation either. E pedia need to ban this hotel.

These people cancelled our stay 15 min before check in. We drove 5 hrs to get an email of cancellation. They did this to numerous customers that I see on google. Then I see they increased their charge to $1200 person. Very unprofessional! This hotel is a scam. Thanks to Expedia that they figured out a different hotel for us within an hour.

This hotel was terrible. They stated that the booking agency had overbooked their hotel by 200 rooms for both nights of our reservation so they cancelled all the reservations and we had no rooms because they had no rooms. It was very interesting that we looked on their site for an open room and the hotel was taking bookings for the same nights and the same rooms that they had cancelled on for so many, but they were now charging 800 to 900 dollars per night compared to the 150 dollar a night bookings that they had cancelled. This hotel will cancel your booking if they see a profit can be made. Don't trust that you will have a room when you arrive.

I booked through here for a one night stay. Upon arrival the woman working the frint desk claimed that my room was not paid for yet. I told her that it was and she said that they never charge before arrival only upon checkout, that it must of been just a hold on my account. I let it go and gave her my credit card, i was to exhausted from traveling. A week later I have a charge from expedia and another charge from the hotel. So I got charged twice for the room. Expedia was quickly able to look into the issue for me, however, I am not happy with the service of the staff. Also, our bathroom was not completely clean. I found hair on the floor, and the shower did not work accurately. I will not be staying here again.

The rooms were very nice the bed smelled clean and was comfortable and nice good hot shower. Also the staff was friendly and very accommodating to all my wants and questions. Very nice pool and work out center as well. I would definitely stay with them again.

Room was extremely clean! Staff very friendly and helpful. I was just disappointed by the fact no breakfast or coffee without paying at the cafe. I did purchase breakfast there and it was excellent. Food for dinner was yummy. Reasonable priced!

From check in to check out, this hotel far exceeded expectations. The staff was phenomenal! We had a couple of special requests that they would have been well within their right to decline but instead they went above and beyond in every way! Made the stay perfect!
