The B&B is absolutely spotless, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with (unusual for the UK) a bidet with hot and cold water. Tea and coffee maker in the room, with biscuits. No noise from the street, four small parking places in front of the hotel, very good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is incredibly clean, the rooms are immaculate, and the entire property is well-maintained and the morning breakfast was delicious! What really made the stay, though, was the staff—so genuinely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and spacious We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and were well looked after throughout our stay Breakfast was acceptional, the best I’ve had anywhere, we can highly recommend the blueberry compote and the service was spit on! In addition the location was within very easy walking distance to the beach

Lovely clean premises throughout. Friendly, helpful, caring staff. Excellent breakfast options. Can highly recommend the scrambled egg with salmon 😋 easy to find and access. Great B&B. Clean, comfy & quiet room. The owners were friendly & knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was lovely and they were able to cater for vegetarian and vegan diets. Parking too! Highly recommend

Fabulous stay at Colwyn Bay Jewel

Fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel. Comfortable room, warm and spacious. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to perfection. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Town Centre and the train station. Highly recommended
