“I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"”

“The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ferry dock and walking distance to the main street. “Donatella and her daughter wore the nicest people on the planet:))) They wore always here to help with anything that we had need off. Donatella made reservations for us for the far best Restorante in Town.One time we wore trying to get seated in one off the best Restorante in Bellagio, but with out the reservation we wore not able. I texted Donatella and she got us a table. Looks like everyone knows her, this is just awesome. If we ever come back, we’ll be staying ONLY in this place....

“Absolutely amazing B&B, we were staying 4 nights, had the pool 3 days for ourselves. Everything is super clean and neat. Garden is lovely. Private parking. “The owner, Maurizio, was very friendly and went out of his way to tell us all about Como and what to do with our limited time there. We had a family room, which turned out to be 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There was a bathroom accessible from the hallway, but it was private for our family.
