“Excellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable.
Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day.

“Nice b+b, very close to the sea in a side street, could see the sea from my room (partial sea view). My double room was really nice, very clean but no bathroom, which was communal, I didn't realise this until I entered my room. Didn't notice this in the description, obviously my error. Shared bathroom wasn't a problem though, but will definitely want my own for the next booking. Bed was comfortable, pillows bit lumpy but I did sleep really well. “Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. “D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect.
