“Customer Service was horrific.”

“Obvious mold on the walls, bathroom exhaust did not work. No restaurant open on-site and the pool was barely operable. We couldn’t use the pool. We spent most of our time across the bay at Emerald resort. The only problem to the hotel was the proximity to the airport.”

Everything was expensive: mandatory $40/day valet, mandatory $75/day resort fee. Restaurants were expensive. Glass bathroom door (I like my privacy when using the bathroom). Even after being in a $2500+ hotel, there was a $1000 hold, which we had an additional $760 in fees (valet, resort fee, etc). Overall, I wouldn't recommend.”

“Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct.
