"Great Property on a great location !"

"Had a great stay at the hotel! Staff were very helpful and lookout out for me and my partner when we got harassed by a another person staying at the hotel. Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked. Some downsides would be that our room (Room 117) had a air dryer that wasn’t working and the TV having the bottom half of the screen glitched occasionally. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and great location near other restaurants and shopping."

"The bathtub was filthy. It was a very slow drain, so it may have been cleaned, but then left the yuckiness right by the drain. There was a hair in the bed. I had to ask for more juice and food for the breakfast. It was only 830. The staff was very slow to refill everything. Weird beer/pee odor in elevator. There was also a “wet floor” sign folded up and a really dirty towel in the corner of the elevator. There was a strong “weed” odor on the 3rd floor, Stayed here twice, wish I learned a lesson the first time😢"

"Everything was great! It was our anniversary and they had it on their main screen at main desk. Valet parking staff was great also"

"The room was okay as far as cleanliness from first look. Later I got to looking around and none of the furniture has been cleaned behind in I don't know how long. The whole room around the base board was dirt and hair ect. We stayed two nights. First night was fine no problems. The second night about 4am my husband woke up sweating all over didn't know why. When he went to go to the rest room he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror and there were welps all over his back and chest... He assumed a mosquito had gotten in and got ahold of him since he slept with no covers. The next morning he woke me up by saying a mosquito had bitten him all over in the middle of the night... Immediately I rose from the bed and checked him out and I got quite upset because I knew it was NO MOSQUITO... A BED BUG somewhere somehow had bitten him all over leaving a clear trail of where he had traveled and over 24 bites. I went to front desk tried to express my concern with out being too harsh. The front desk keeper asked what room I stayed room 105. My husband came over after he finished his breakfast and we even showed the botes.He made the comment that he didn't know how that was possible considering EVERY ROOM, EVERY BED had bed bug mattress protectors on them... I told him if a customer was to rent the room and had an infant and this had happened to a small child he would be dealing with a very highly irate parent and needed to definitely address the issue... "The property was really clean, the breakfast good and fresh, the staff was kind and friendly, but what my son enjoyed the most was the amenities, the pool tables and the swimming pool, in general was a 10/10."
