“The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown"...

“When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. ”

“This is our 5th stay at this location. The room was clean at check in-great. On our last day the towels and trash were taken care of but the bed was not made. The set up of the room bed-tv-chairs and table was not user friendly. If you wanted to watch TV in bed you would have to turn the tv towards the bed to get the proper viewing angle. “This was price gouging at its best! Room was way way overpriced for the area. This was my 5th time staying there and by far the most expensive. Also will be my LAST time as the lady at the counter agreed with me and even laughed about the cost.”

“Staff was very friendly, room itself was clean the only downfall was that it smelt so strongly of cigarettes in the room which was supposedly non smoking it made the stay uncomfortable thankfully it was only for the night but we would not return. Parking was plentiful and it was located closely to lots of dining options as well which was nice.”
