The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. "We've stayed here several times now and always enjoyed our stays. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bar and restaurants offer a good range of food and drink and the wife particularly enjoys taking a dip in the indoor pool. Staff are friendly and efficient. Already looking forward to our next stay"

"The bathroom was very dated. It looked like a nursing home. The flooring was extremely old. The bed was too low. Only one bath towel for 2 people. It was definitely not up to standard for a Hub. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. But this hotel needs serious renovations. "
