"I rarely leave a negative review but this hotel did NOT meet any of the expectations. For a hotel that isn’t even 10 years old it’s disgusting. Upon check in the lobby smelled like a garbage disposal. We got the swim up room which at first I was happy with but when the bell hop brought us into the room and the door opened I was like “what the hell is that smell”! Anyways I looked around the room and bathroom thinking that housekeeping must have missed something because of how nasty and dirty the room was. The bathroom had dirty mold in the grout, the bed linens were dirty!
I’m not sure if other guests felt this but the water in the shower felt like you were showering with filtered sea water. The AC didn’t work for two days!
The staff pretends as if they are trying to address your needs and concerns but it’s all BS!
To the hotel owner, you should make sure you pay the workers properly so that they can do their job diligently. It’s obvious that they feel underpaid and because of that the care that they should show is lacking.
Stop responding with automated messages and actually address the problems that guests talk about!
For anyone traveling, while the pictures online looks great the food options sucks, the staff in the restaurants have the worst attitudes, they act as if you are bothering them when you ask a question.
To say I was disappointed with my stay is an understatement! I’ve stayed at multiple resorts and this by far is the worst of the worst."
