"Nicely renovated hotel to a high standard. Let down by insufficient staff numbers on front desk and slow lifts. Also pool area will not be large enough when hotel is full. The daytime activities were too loud for our taste. Evening buffet excellent. Breakfast disappointing "

"Great reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of food staying on Half Board. Nice bathroom/Shower with comp toiletries.Comfortable and clean room, nice balcony. Due to no carpet on hallway floors, noisy at night. Would recommend street facing room as a lot of noise at night if pool facing. Have stayed here several times pre pandemic. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, bars and Port Aventura theme park."

"The hotel has a nice lobby and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Outside there were two good size pools and a short walk away are two small but nice beaches. I found the music around the pool a bit too loud and even though there were lots of sun loungers they were quickly taken up. The apartments were well equipped and clean and the food options on the half board were good however you do have to pay for your drinks. Overall a pleasant hotel"
