"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient.
I wasn't able to get an early check-in, but I completely understand that rooms may not be available. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and waited until 2:00 p.m., taking the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the harbor.
The only disappointment was the housekeeping service. Although I requested that my room be cleaned (and even went to the front desk to ask in person), when I returned from a party later that day, the bed had not been made. The towels had been replaced, but the room had not been properly serviced.
Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would happily stay here again."
