"Communication at this hotel is completely broken and needs to be worked on. Their website explicitly states that they offer a complimentary shuttle for airport pickups and drop-offs. However, when I called the front desk before booking on Expedia, I was told they don't do pickups at all, only drop-offs. The issues continued when I messaged the front desk via the Expedia chat. I explained that I was arriving late, rental cars would be closed, and I needed a drop-off the next morning to go pick up my rental. They assured me they could arrange this upon check-in. Yet, when I got to the front desk, the staff member was incredibly abrupt and told me I had to book it in advance. While I understand they have booking rules, the person on the chat told me otherwise. To make matters worse, the staff member told me a shuttle was leaving at my exact requested time but was strictly for flight crew, and I wasn't allowed to join. I ended up standing outside and spending extra money on an Uber, all while watching the hotel shuttle drive away with several empty seats available. On a positive note, the room itself was clean. However, the service overall was mid and the communication is completely broken."

"This is a perfect location for going to any university of Oregon events or sporting events as well. They have an incredibly friendly staff, huge, clean rooms and of course there’s a fun s’mores happy hour. We didn’t try the breakfast because we had to leave, but we noticed that several people did enjoy it and it looked fresh with plenty of choices. When we’re back for any ducks games we are definitely staying at the maverick again!"
