"I had a problem with my key card and the lady at the desk gave me two new ones so I wouldn’t have to walk back so far from my room if one didn’t work (they worked). Next I messed up the TV with the remote and the same lady came to my room to fix it better than before to use. I felt silly for being asking for help more than once and she was the nicest, sweetest person to me. It’s not a fancy motel but for the price it’ll do and the staff are very helpful."

"Everyone was very friendly. 3 kids, 2 adults and 1 dog, stressed and our new place wasn't ready for us to move in yet. But the staff here were great! Even with a misunderstanding (my side) it was handled respectfully and professionally. Our kids are pretty well behaved but I was prepared if stress may affect them, but they actually did great and staff was really good to them. Our youngest liked to go sit in the lobby, have a snack & read. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kids kept saying how nice the staff was. During such an unexpected, overwhelming stressful time in our lives, I am glad we were able to stay here. We felt very comfortable there and I hope we were good to them as well. We truly appreciated them!"

"Stayed here because my kids love a place with a pool and a waffle maker. The breakfast during our stay was wildly beyond my expectations with a variety of gluten-free options, non-dairy milk, and many other hot items besides just the waffles. After breakfast we hit the pool which was indoors, clean, and a comfortable temperature. The woman at the desk was very friendly when we checked in, maybe because she knew I had kids, put us in a room above the lobby so that my kids wouldn't disturb other guests as easily."

"So many hotels have super soft, pillow-top beds that you sink into. I hate that. My back hates that. My favorite thing here was that the mattresses were *firm*. I slept great and woke up rested, with my back not even hurting. Not everyone's cup of tea, so ymmv, but great beds."
