"Stayed here because my kids love a place with a pool and a waffle maker. The breakfast during our stay was wildly beyond my expectations with a variety of gluten-free options, non-dairy milk, and many other hot items besides just the waffles. After breakfast we hit the pool which was indoors, clean, and a comfortable temperature. The woman at the desk was very friendly when we checked in, maybe because she knew I had kids, put us in a room above the lobby so that my kids wouldn't disturb other guests as easily."

"The hotel was nice and the staff good. Only complaint I have is about the breakfast. It's a small thing, but all the bananas that were out were past ripe. Some of them were even squishy. The attendant who was doing the breakfast buffet was not a nice person. A man with a small child was making a waffle while he was also trying to wrangle his child. The waffle machine started beeping and the attendant, (who was standing next to me) yelled over her shoulder "Hey! Waffles done!". The man was like "Sorry! I'll get it." Then, under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear, she said "Idiot". I know people have bad days. I'm sure she isn't always like that, but that was uncalled for. The guy had a kid with him. Give him a break."

"So many hotels have super soft, pillow-top beds that you sink into. I hate that. My back hates that. My favorite thing here was that the mattresses were *firm*. I slept great and woke up rested, with my back not even hurting. Not everyone's cup of tea, so ymmv, but great beds."
